Today is mine and Dylan's third anniversary!  Prior to February 5th three years ago, we had a really topsy-turvy friendship going on where he couldn't figure out he wanted.  Then, on February 5th, we went to our high school's musical and he wore an adorable sweater vest.  I guess he was trying to ask me back out (we had dated for like two weeks a year before), but I wasn't really having it because of all the past year's problems.  On February 7th, we ended up volunteering together at a pancake breakfast charity and hung out later in the day.  He walked to my house later on and properly asked me if we could date again.

Letchworth, le premiere temps

My cat is giving me the weirdest looks because of the sound typing makes.

Letchworth State Park is about a fifteen minute drive from the last college I went to, and here's some pictures from the first time I went, this past summer.

Good Morning

 I love mornings,
& these three.

albany

Last year for Dylan's birthday I bought us tickets to go see Rancid in Albany, New York.  We booked a campsite in a state park and didn't really plan out anything else we were going to be doing for the two days we were there.  So, we drove up on a Friday and left on Sunday, thinking the show was on Saturday.  Unfortunately, we were quite wrong!  The show was on Friday and we did not realize until we got to the venue on Saturday and were like....these do not look like people who would listen to Rancid.  We had a really really nice time though!  We walked around downtown Albany, went to this nature preserve the Rapp Pine Barrens, had dinner at P.F. Chang's (ah, so good), and took about three hours to start a fire.  Our campsite was across from a huge family of Asian people; the boys stayed at a different one than the girls.  At one point, a young girl was practicing her cello.  Outside.  In a state park....  Even though the weekend got a little goofed up, it was still really lovely.

This random guy had alot of stories to tell us.
Mostly fake to my mind.

This lovely lady would be Christina,
a couple Years back. She's extraordinarily talented.
That's it for this post.

i never saw you, i only heard of you

One thing I've always found quite funny about Teresa, Nate, Dylan, and I is how clear it is which couple is which, just based on appearance.  Not that each of us look exactly like our other half, but there's some similarities.  Most obviously, Dylan and I are brunettes; Nate and Teresa are blondes.  It just always made me laugh a little when all four of us were out and about.

Furthermore, we have kind of an odd amount of the same clothes, such as this tee-shirt and some Bayside stuff:

Laura left for France today!  I've been feeling very emotional about her lately, probably since I won't see her until June!  Even though in the past we've had some major fights, she's one of my best friends and so nice to talk to about anything and everything.

During our senior year, we were in play in which I played an old woman detective and she was a wealthy suspect.  She peed a little during one of the performances, hehehe, the scene was too funny.

Lately

I'm really missing summer, and all it entails.
But to pass the time  my wonderful boy friend taught me how
to play a song on guitar by our talented lady crush Katie.

Mom's Jacket / Vintage Christian Dior Blouse / American Apparel Bloomers / Target Tights / Betsey Johnson Bag
I was really excited about this post for some reason and kind of delayed making it.  In the fall, Dylan and I went to Reinstein Woods on an unusually warm day.  Pretty much all the time that I had that haricut I hated it, but thankfully it worked nicely that day.  Could I please model for American Apparel?  I think I'm goofy looking enough and absolutely love their clothing.

My sister just got us VIP tickets to Camp Bisco!  I'm super super excited!  This is her...fourth? time going.  I've never been.  It's a weekend long music festival near Albany, New York.  Ahhhh, there's so many good things I'm looking forward to for the next few months.  Excision in March, The Slackers in April, and then Bisco in July.  On top of all the holidays, birthdays, and anniversaries between then and now.  I'm just in a really great mood today.  I had a good time over at Teresa's last night, and despite a few broken things, it was probably one of the most entertaining nights I've had in awhile.

I've got much reading to get done today before I head out shopping for Dylan's anniversary and Valentine's Day present and then wish Laura a final goodbye before she heads across the Atlantic tomorrow to the City of Lights!
